FERGUS CAWLEY

DIRECTOR

Fergus has a degree in electrical engineering from UCC, and has spent many years working on power generation projects as a start-up and commissioning engineer for Westinghouse Power Generation on multiple gas and steam turbine power plants all over the world, including the UK, Korea and South America. Subsequently Fergus worked for Pfizer in the pharmaceutical industry and then used his power generation experience to further the use of CHP (combined heat and power) installations in Ireland and in the UK. From 2010 Fergus has been involved in multiple DC projects, primarily in Ireland and Europe.

NIALL FLAHERTY

DIRECTOR

Niall has a degree in mechanical engineering and worked initially in the semi-conductor and pharmaceutical industries. He joined a design consultancy in 2007 and worked predominantly in the pharma and data centre industry during that time. While there, he was lead mechanical designer on multiple data centre developments and was also heavily involved in the master planning and MEP management for multiple different projects. Most recently he was MEP Project Manager for two datacentre buildings which were predominantly focused upon utilising a modular design for electrical plant rooms.

BRIAN MEEGAN

PRINCIPAL ELECTRICAL ENGINEER

Brian is a chartered Electrical Engineer and brings 20 year's experience in the construction industry spread across multiple roles and sectors and holds a BSc in Energy Engineering Systems and a MSc in Building Information Modelling and Management. Working as an Electrical Engineer and subsequently Manager of Electrical Engineering and BIM with leading Ireland and UK M&E consultancies, Brian collaborated in and led multiple projects within retail, data centres, educational, biopharma, health care, and food & beverage industries, among others.

EMMA MCGILLYCUDDY

PRINCIPAL PROCESS ENGINEER

Emma McGillycuddy is a chartered chemical engineer with over 20 years’ experience in pharmaceutical plant process design, validation, project and environmental engineering. She has specific design and site experience of modern cGMP API pharmaceutical plants and is proficient in Risk Assessment, ATEX Hazardous Area Classification, Explosion Protection Document (EPD) development, and in solvent recovery. Emma has designed high purity water systems and is familiar with ATEX directives, Seveso and IPPC Licencing.

Manoj Goyal

Senior Mechanical Engineer

Manoj Goyal is a degree-qualified mechanical engineer from Trinity College Dublin and has over 5 years’ experience working as a mechanical design engineer in the pharmaceutical clean rooms, data centres and industrial areas. He is proficient in CFD modelling for industrial projects, holds a diploma in project management and is qualified in six sigma foundations and the lean last planner system.

Michael Heslin

Senior Electrical Engineer

Michael Heslin is a qualified electrical engineer with 7 years' experience in design and project implementation. Michael holds a master's degree in Energy Systems engineering from NUIG as well as a Bachelor of electrical engineering from UCD. He has experience working within pharmaceutical and industrial facilities.

STEPHEN TOTTEN

SENIOR E&I DESIGNER

Stephen has 40 years’ experience, as an Electrical and Instrumentation Designer, in the pharmaceutical, brewing and beverage industries. He has worked on data centres for multiple clients particularly focusing on fire detection, alarm and security systems, while also having a detailed knowledge of LV distribution design. Stephen has an extensive CV and has worked with multi-national companies such as Merck, Pfizer, Amgen, Leo Pharma and Guinness. He has been involved in the electrical, instrument and PLC control systems design on multiple process and utility projects.

AMY JACOB

MECHANICAL PROJECT ENGINEER

Amy has a masters degree in Mechanical and Manufacturing Engineering from Trinity College Dublin. She worked initially in the semi-conductor industry as a Process Engineer before spending some time in Toronto, Canada as a Technical Consultant evaluating R&D technologies and solutions for companies in energy, manufacturing, construction, IT, food & beverage, life sciences & biotechnology sectors. She recently complete a Certified Data Centre Professional (CDCP) certification and since returning to Ireland, has been primarily focused on C&Q activities in the food & beverage industry.

KIERAN GOODE

CONSULTANT MECHANICAL ENGINEER

Kieran is a Chartered Engineer with over 40 years’ experience as a professional engineer in the data centre, industrial and pharmaceutical industries. Kieran is a highly regarded expert within the mechanical engineering field and is fully versed in latest environmental and sustainability technologies pertaining to cooling systems and heat transfer. Kieran has worked on major projects in Ireland, the Middle East and Africa. Kieran has specific experience as a Design Engineer on a variety of project types for major multi-national companies from concept through to handover.

Colm O’Faogain

Senior Piping Designer

Colm is a Senior Process and Mechanical Piping Designer who has worked with clients such as KDP, Glanbia, Wyeth (Pfizer), Takeda, Cadbury, and Intel. Colm has worked with design consultancies in both office and site-based roles. He is proficient in 3D piping and modelling and BIM/Revit. Colm has worked in Ireland, Spain, Hungary, Slovenia, Egypt, and Germany and also holds a BA (Hons) with Spanish and German and a Diploma in Business Management.

Ilia Basov

Lead BIM Coordinator

Ilia has a master’s degree in Radio Electronic Systems. He specialises in electrical distribution, fire alarm, security, communications, surveillance, and control systems design. Ilia has recently been promoted to BIM Lead for Ampromech. He is also proficient with various electrical software packages such as SKM, Amtech, and Dialux.

Ryan Batty

Mechanical Project Engineer

Ryan Batty is a degree-qualified mechanical engineer from the University of Pretoria, with experience in HVAC, wet services, fire control and energy management. Ryan is experienced in detailed design, cost control and project management.
